Drawings are made on the fore-edge of books. When they are in their usual flattened/flush state, only an anamorphic or stained trace remains visible. Only in handling the book, opening it up, does the drawing reappear. Imagery relates to the artist wanting to represent a supplementary subtext to the book based on her reading.
